Information Security Policy

HEARTBEATS Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has declared a two-star rating under the “SECURITY ACTION” program implemented by the Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA). We will continue to further strengthen our information security measures.

The Company is committed to protecting its information assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crime, and to maintaining the trust of our customers and society. Based on the following policy, we will address information security across the entire organization.

1. Management ResponsibilityThe Company will take the initiative at the management level to promote organized and continuous improvement of information security.

2. Establishment of Internal StructureThe Company will establish an organizational framework to maintain and improve information security, and will formalize information security measures through internal regulations.

3. Employee InitiativesEmployees will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for information security and ensure the effectiveness of these efforts.

4. Compliance with Legal and Contractual RequirementsThe Company will comply with all laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security.

5. Response to Violations and IncidentsIn the event of legal or contractual violations or information security incidents, the Company will respond appropriately and work to prevent recurrence.
